You have seven days once your order has been received to communicate with us.

We highly recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. 

Lady Winx Boutique reserves the right to void the returns policy on any item that shows sign of abuse / neglect, intentional changes, or damages beyond normal daily use.

Returns Process

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that each item is quality checked and photographed before being shipped to compare against possible return claims.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not South Africa, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. If you do choose to be refunded and if your claim is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Upon Receipt of your Order

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos if the item(s) is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s). If upon investigation, it is found that the item(s) were sent in the condition submitted, Lady Winx Boutique will replace the item(s). You will be required to return the defective, damaged or wrong item(s) to us as you will not be permitted to keep the item(s). If the item(s) is not reported within the 24 hours, no refund or exchange will be given.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

  • Earrings 

Please note that returns cannot be made for any tarnishing or discolouration that may occur to your jewellery as various factors could be the cause such as:

  • Acidity in your skin

  • Chemicals that come into contact with your jewellery (Perfumes, etc.)

  • Moisture in the environment

Ordering Errors

If you have ordered the wrong size/length or item, you will only be able to exchange the item(s) if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. If you would like to proceed with the exchange, you will incur a 20% handling fees as well as the relevant courier fees. 

For ring sizing, we high recommended visiting your local jewellery store to determine your ideal size. We have also provided a Size Guide, however, this is to be used at your own discretion as this is only for guidance purposes.
